ppvp Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and ppvp ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online sportsbook and casino platform available at ppvp.im ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, poker, and any other gaming or non-gaming services offered by ppvp.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you unambiguously accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ppvp Privacy Policy and any additional rules, promotional terms, or game-specific rules published on the Platform. All such documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ppvp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

Use of the ppvp Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ppvp applies a strict 21+ age policy without exception. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately and any funds held will be subject to review.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ppvp or any of its affiliated entities, payment partners, or software providers.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by ppvp. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts or access the Platform during the self-exclusion period.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Using another person's account or playing on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ppvp Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different personal details, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ppvp's fraud detection systems actively monitor for duplicate registrations. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your ppvp account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ppvp login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ppvp will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify ppvp support immediately upon becoming aware or suspicious of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ppvp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit valid identity documents — including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or driving licence — and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or before certain account features are unlocked. ppvp reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ppvp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ppvp does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or via any payment method not listed above.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your ppvp account. These limits may vary by payment method and by player VIP tier. ppvp reserves the right to revise these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to the completion of KYC verification. ppvp VIP tier members benefit from priority withdrawal processing as follows:

• Silver: Standard processing, typically within 24 hours of KYC clearance.
• Gold: Priority processing, typically within 12 hours.
• Platinum: Expedited processing, typically within 6 hours.
• Diamond Elite: Same-session processing wherever operationally possible.

4.4 Deposit Matching

For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Any net winnings exceeding the original deposit amount may be withdrawn via the player's preferred registered payment method.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by ppvp are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are stated in the individual promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion. Unless specified otherwise, contributions towards wagering requirements are as follows:

• Sports betting (pre-match and live): 100% contribution at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Live casino (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi): 10%–20% contribution depending on game type.
• Slots (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming): 100% contribution.
• Crash games (Spribe Aviator and similar): 50% contribution.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated activity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without further notice.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

ppvp reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds — and to suspend or close the associated account — where there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, bonus hunting with no genuine gaming activity, coordinated play between accounts, or placing bets that breach the minimum odds requirements specified in the promotion terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the ppvp sportsbook are subject to ppvp's general betting rules and to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed on the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ppvp reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed pre-set liability thresholds.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical error, a data feed failure, a human error, or any other cause — ppvp reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. "Clearly erroneous" odds are defined as odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement.

6.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, event postponement beyond the stated settlement window, abandoned matches, integrity concerns raised by a relevant sports governing body, or confirmed match-fixing or spot-fixing investigations. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 Settlement

ppvp aims to settle all markets promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event. Settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket, or the BCB for BPL matches). ppvp reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or using more than one account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Collusion with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities or structuring transactions to conceal their origin.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or syndicating bets across multiple accounts to circumvent stake limits.
• Any conduct that in ppvp's reasonable judgment constitutes abuse of the Platform, its systems, or its staff.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the ppvp Platform — including but not limited to the ppvp logo, brand name, website design, user interface elements, graphics, software, game content, text, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ppvp or its licensed content partners. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, framed, scraped, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without prior written consent from ppvp.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — is protected by the intellectual property rights of the respective studios and may not be reproduced or redistributed in any form.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvp's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppvp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — even if ppvp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ppvp does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. ppvp shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.

10 Responsible Gaming

ppvp is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Bangladesh. The Platform provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at no charge directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in BDT.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum continuous session duration.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend access to your account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of time and money spent during active sessions.

Account data is stored on secure servers and is never sold to third parties. ppvp may share data with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services as required to operate the Platform and fulfil its legal obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ppvp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-account notification prior to taking effect wherever practicable. All amendments take effect from the date stated in the notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ppvp support.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ppvp Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with ppvp support shall be subject to binding arbitration. ppvp's decision on all matters relating to account management, bonus eligibility, bet settlement, and these Terms shall be final and binding unless demonstrably erroneous.

ppvp operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair play certification. ppvp does not make any specific claim regarding regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body. It remains your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
